Last night I made this chile verde for dinner, vegan style with lots of cilantro in it to complement the chiles, tomatillos, onions, garlic, and braised tofu and mushrooms. Served with rice and corn tortillas, it was yummy!

Sprouts at Lake Tahoe
If you want to find good, fresh, natural food at Lake Tahoe, try Sprouts Natural Foods Cafe. When you are coming into South Shore from the Bay Area or Sacramento, it will on your left right before you drive by the lake. It is about a ten minute drive to Stateline. They have an extensive menu.
